  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as a link, folder or card name, screenshot, username, or timestamp)

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice

Restoration of Content

If FLDR receives a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a legal action within the time required by the DMCA, FLDR may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

FLDR will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. FLDR may also limit or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing — or that content was removed by mistake — may be subject to liability, including damages and attorneys' fees. FLDR reserves the right to take action against users who submit abusive, fraudulent, or bad faith notices.
